I love how this trashcan doesn’t have to be away from the wall for the lid to fully open. Additionally it closes so quietly that I don’t have to worry about awakening anyone. As the only early riser in the house, the household greatly appreciates this.
Does what it needs to do. I don’t think I can ever own a different trashcan. The convenient way it holds the extra bags and the easy step hasn't been replicated to perfection like this one.
I have used Simplehuman trash cans in my kithen for over 20 years. Old one was still in great shape but wanted a change and purchased a new one. Sturdy and reliable and clean.
I have not purchased a Simple Human trash can since their first year and, while I was happy back then, I really appreciate the updates such as the way a liner is now inserted and also the hidden holder for new liners.

I never thought that I would be so pleased and enamored with a kitchen trash can, but you've done it again by taking a common kitchen device and making it Way Better. The design is clean and "simple", the open and close is super smooth and reliable, and the approach to bag management is brilliant.
