Simplehuman 45 Liter Rectangular Liner Rim Plastic Kitchen Trash Can with Liner Pocket

This is the 3 rd simple human trash can that I’ve bought. The reason I like this can is the trash can liner that prevents the bag from falling down. It holds the bag in place. Plus you can use 13 gal trash bags from warehouse type stores. My only complaint is I have a simple human voice activated trash can in the kitchen. So I keep talking to this new trash can, until I remember to step on the lever. So since I was not willing to buy the voice activated trash can, this can is just the right size for my bathroom. I love simple human products, they work well and plan to buy another one for my office.

It is very convenient to take the trash out without removing a bucket. It’s very quiet too. And it’s looks very nice. Happy about the price. I was not too sure about now having to purchase these special bags for it, but I stocked up when I bought the trash can.

The hybrid color threw me off. It looks a lot more like stainless steel in the picture, but it’s a plastic looking gray. I wish I would have bought the all stainless steel one not the hybrid for the looks alone. The trash can itself is great though.

I had to throw this bin out in less than a month. Not at all worth the cost.

Good quality, sleek, great use of space in our small kitchen. Only complaint is you cant open the can with your hand (only step) wheras the previous model allowed you to do both. So it now means I need to take extra steps to reach the garbage can every time I use it. Not sure i would buy again unless they bring back the hybrid model

Alloy color looks very good. I have had stainless steel trash cans before and this color makes it look higher end without having to break the bank. Step pedal and trash storage bags built in very nice.

Love this trash can. This was a warranty replacement. This product has a great no hassle warranty. This is the second time i’ve had to replace this trash can under warranty and both times it was replaced without any problems. Will definitely use these products because of the warranty alone.
