Do Not Buy
Do not buy from this third-party seller. I purchased these towels through Macy’s and attempted to return them just one day after the return window. When I opened the package, one of the towels had a hole in it. Macy’s instructed me to contact the seller directly. I immediately left the store and contacted the seller through the Macy’s order page. The automated response said I would receive a reply within two business days, but I never received any response. Since then, I have called six times, left multiple messages, and still have not heard back from anyone. This lack of customer service and accountability is extremely disappointing.

Thin towels
Wrong towels sent. I ordered 4 hand towels and was sent two bath mats and 2 washcloths. Poor quality control. Towels thin.
