This is a gift for my husband, and when I opened the box, it looked like it had already been used. You really need to check products before shipping them; this shows very poor taste.

Missing product
The product is marked as delivered, but I have not received it. It was originally shipped with UPS and later transferred to USPS, and the package is now missing. As a customer and consumer, this situation is unacceptable.
