Item is fine. Poor retailer packaging.
The necklace was fine. The packaging it arrived in was not good. This brand typically is sold with a small cloth bag for storage and a nice paper gift bag. It arrived inside a small envelope mailer in an unsealed bubble bag with no manufacturer tags (also usually present with this brand). The item looked messy and previously returned and missing its usual packaging. I purchased this as a gift for someone who is familiar with the brand….I don’t want them to think I got this second hand. I am returning it because of the lack of proper packaging.
