These earbuds sound decent for the price, with more mids and bass than richness compared with Samsung earbuds. The noise canceling actually works—I can’t hear people talking around me—and the sleek case is nice. Best of all, the buds stay in my small ear canals. The major downside is the app. After installing it, I received phishing warnings tied to baseuscloud, and its permissions felt intrusive, so I did not create an account. Without the app, I lose battery monitoring, EQ, sound controls, and Find features. Also received non-English Baseus emails after purchase. Good earbuds, concerning app/privacy experience. Baseus: please address the app permissions, privacy concerns, and communication practices. Macy’s: please review how customer information is shared with third parties. The earbuds themselves are comfortable, have effective noise canceling, and are a reasonable value—but the app experience keeps this at 3 stars for me.

Hurts when wearing them to bed. They are too large not comfortable

These are exactly what I was looking for Bose says that they are extremely comfortable and let me tell you that is sooo true! My ears are very sensitive and small , when I wear them it doesn’t hurt at all , and do not fall out my ears either , I use to have another one from a different brand and it was very uncomfortable, and painful 😣 i couldn’t use them all the time but with this is so perfect 😍 I do not have any issues with battery it last the whole entire day ! The bass is just so much better than I was expecting i really enjoying listening to my music 🎵 best treble earbuds.

The design of the ear bud themself are so comfortable and stay in place so well I actually sleep with them. Now I can listen to my audiobook while my husband sleeps with no noise coming through, either to him or me. The battery stays charged for about a week for me, which is probably about 12 hours worth of use, and then they charge back up in about 30 minutes. Have you ever heard of such a thing?! I doubt I will ever find ear buds better than these, at least not until Baseus and Bose create new ones. Phenomenal, life changing!

When I first put them in, I noticed how comfortably they sit in the ear, and the silicone tips have a soft, almost cushiony feel. Once they’re in place, they stay put even when walking around or doing chores. The audio feels full and balanced but still deep enough to feel immersive. I can clearly hear vocals, instruments, and background details without anything getting lost. The adaptive noise canceling is actually noticeable and reduces noise enough to make a real difference without feeling isolating or uncomfortable. These earbuds feel like a solid all around option for everyday use.

The earbuds fit in my ears comfortably and snugly. The charging case is handsome and durable, and the battery lasts a long time. The sound is pretty good, but if I had to nitpick, it would be that the bass is a bit too strong.
