I am 5’4, 98lbs, 32D. I purchased an XS, the bra piece is definitely smaller but still fit me well because it has the rubber lining to hold it up. The dress piece is a bit big for an XS, loose and a bit long, but still works if I scrunch the skirt up a bit.
