Tramontina Fiora Multipurpose Aluminum 4.25 Quart Sauté Pan

I bought this pan a few months ago and finally used it the other night. I was so excited because it’s a great shape, size, weight and the color is so pretty. I was really disappointed as I made a simple sauce that the handles got SO hot after a few minutes of using it on low heat. This is the first time I experienced this with a Tramontina pan and was very surprised and like I said earlier, disappointed in my purchase. I will use it with a cloth or oven mitt in the future and sadly have to warn anyone cooking with it about the I wouldn’t recommend this purchase
