ALDO Men's Pinedale Low-Top Lace-Up Sneakers

I recently purchased a pair of shoes in-store at Macy's. Since my size wasn’t available on the floor, an associate had them shipped directly to my house. When the package arrived today, I was shocked and deeply disappointed by the condition of the footwear. These were supposed to be brand new, but they clearly looked pre-owned or heavily handled. The shoelaces are dirty, the sides and soles are scuffed and filthy, and even the interior footbeds show signs of dirt. Expecting a brand-new item and receiving something in this condition is extremely frustrating. I expect a much higher standard of quality control and item inspection from Macy's fulfillment centers. I will be heading back to the store for an immediate return, and I sincerely hope future customers don't experience this kind of oversight. (FYI - I do love these shoes though, just not the condition of them when I received them.) Additionally, there are more photos I am only allowed to post 3.

These are absolutely beautiful, comfy shoes. Very stylish. I’m surprised Macy’s carrying Aldo. Fit great. Love them!
