Good company; bad product. Would be great if the tail was attached. The screw provided doesn’t fit. Sorely disappointed child Macys wouldn’t sell if aware it’s not useable. .

Poor Quality
First thing you notice is the tiny instructions that are so hard to read. After that you find the provided screw driver is insufficient and the screw size is all wrong so you cant assemble it less finding other screws. We are doing what we can to see is this we can get this to work, but not hopeful. High risk for this time having to be returned to Macys.

This Is Going Back!
The Bo’s was delivered to my Grandson totally opened and even the parts were in separate packaging that was opened! Not only that, the box had been cut open and not resealed!
