Disappointed with packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The jacket is beautiful. Upon receiving the jacket, it was balled up in the small box causing the jacket to be very wrinkled. I will have to pay additional money to send it to the dry cleaner to remove the wrinkles. Poor packaging!!!
