Durable, but terrible design
Wonderfully made but a terrible piece of luggage, front access (ONLY) + expandable + hardshell is not a useful combination. In order to take advantage of the expansion you have to "build up" the luggage interior (i.e. unzip the expansion and hold up the sides of the luggage and stuff it). The design makes no sense. Avoid buying, I wish i didn't purchase and wish i didn't monogram because now i cannot return
