[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This skirt screams vacation/cruise. I am 5'4" 116 lbs. and would typically take a size 2 (which fit fine). However, I didn't want any skin to show, so I sized down to a size 0, which allows me to have it ride higher on my waist. The fabric is quality, the colors beautiful, and with the matching top, an A+.
