Nice fit and true to size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks very well for someone like me who is about 53 in height about 150 pounds and I had picked a medium size. The collar is pretty cinched and looks very clean cut and the logo is minimal which I like. The buttons is what gives it an extra sparkle minimal but not overdoing it. Very classic love the colors as well because it does not make me look round unlike a lot of striped clothing does.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my order #4767303968. The sweater I received is not the one I ordered. Instead, you sent me a completely different item without my knowledge or consent. If the sweater I ordered was unavailable or out of stock, you should have informed me first and offered me a refund. Sending a different product without asking for my approval is unacceptable and does not comply with basic customer service standards.I live in Azerbaijan, and returning the incorrect item is not a reasonable option due to the high cost and inconvenience of international returns. This mistake was made by your company, not by me. Therefore, I expect you to resolve this issue by either: sending me the exact sweater that I originally ordered at no additional cost, or issuing a full refund without requiring me to return the incorrect item. I expect a prompt resolution. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will have to consider taking further action
