Delivery
I never received my delivery. After allowing a few days, I contacted via chat. The system told me "sorry". Twice! Keep the money. I'm done.

Shoes squeaked when walked.
I order these online. When I tried them and walked, the shoes squeaked! Returned them.

How can I
Unacceptable shipping time from Macys. Ordered it April 12 and today is the 28th and still hasn't come, so how can i rate it? Hopefully its good, since Florscheim makes it, but unhappy about how long it takes to receive.

Product not received
I haven't received my product. I was supposed to receive it last Saturday, and I still haven't gotten it. They are completely irresponsible.
