Only problem I had was I had to go back to the store cuz the sales person gave me two different sandals so I end up buying them both he was just not there he's got very poor customer service

Macy you had the nerve to send me a pair of sandals that I didn’t even order. The pair that I ordered isn’t what I got delivered. I will never buy from this company again

I ordered the Calvin Klein Men’s Ronee Slip-On Casual Slides shown in the product listing with the textured straps and rugged sole design. However, the item I received is clearly a different style. The slides sent to me have smooth straps, a different buckle/logo placement, and an entirely different overall design than what was advertised. I specifically chose the product based on the appearance shown in the listing, so receiving a different model is disappointing and misleading. Please review the attached photos comparing the advertised item versus the product received and provide the correct item or an appropriate resolution.

Wasn't the exact Sandler that was chosen. Thee leather was smooth and the design on the straps were different.
