Very low Quality Of the bag…not expected. And also light weight.

Paid for next day delivery. Never received it. Went to my local Macy's to ask for them to call someone about my missing package, seeing that calling the store direct from where it was being sent was near impossible to reach a live person. The management at the Hanover, Ma Macy's were very rude and would not help at all. Very unprofessional and will not be shopping with your company ever again. Called customer service. Was put in contact with someone from India. Atleast that person refunded my purchase and was respectful of the situation.
