[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in June and the time on the machine does not stay on when the power button is off. I called customer assistance and they said that is what is supposed to happen. What is the point of having a clock on the coffee maker if the time doesn't stay on? It only counts down the time when it brewing and then shuts off.
Trying to set the clock, it keeps going to er1 or er2 I don't know what this means. I set it and after brewing it started smoking. I unplugged it and let it cool down and plugged it in again. But er1 kept showing up and would not let me make more coffee.
I only see the clock during brewing cycle time. What's with that?
This coffee maker is the best we have had for a while. The only negative thing I could say is the ground basket lets grounds threw but it was an easy fix we just use paper filters too.
This coffeemaker is ok. I felt it was a bit plastic like and not as nice as I remember it. I was replacing my Ninja coffee maker and am a but disappointed. Works good though and I appreciate the removable water reservoir. For the price, I will keep it for now.
Received this new brewer about a week ago and so far so good. The initial set-up was a little odd/different from our previous Cuisinart coffee maker. The coffee stays nice as hot as we expect. Taking off one star for complicated initial set-up and a carafe that seems extremely thin/fragile.
Makes great cup of coffee. I like that it's easy to use and looks good. The coffee is nice and hot. I recommend this brand.
I love the three settings for the burner along with the swing coffee door makes this so much easier to use.
I love everything about this coffeemaker, except the design of the pot is lacking. It tends to drip coffee on my counter, so I have to pour into my cup - over the sink
Lately I have had two coffee makers quit within a month. When I seen this one I like that you have a choice of not only brew strength but the keep warm temperature. This has a feature that if you want ice coffee it turns the warming plate off. I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning and this provides that cup in taste and temperature.
