My 3 1/2 year old grandson loves these shoes! The Velcro closure stays put and doesn't loosen when he runs and plays. It's long enough to stay in place. The base of the shoe provides great stability and is durable. Great color and style! Love the light up feature for that extra flash showing how fast he can run. Shoe is flexible and the insole is cushioned. Would definitely buy again!
