The product is excellent, perfect for my needs in a compact space. But the Macy's team was exceptional. In all honesty, it was the first time I'd ordered from Macy's online and the whole process was seamless. But the reason I did it was because Macy's was 30% less expensive than the other alternatives.
Our new ironing board is everything that it was described to be and we are happy and satisfied. It now hangs on the door of our coat closet with the new iron for easy access and our old ironing board which is nice but heavy went to one of our children. Love the lightness of the new board for my wife who has a medical condition that made handling the old ironing board to difficult.
