Joseph Joseph Airframe Clothes Drying Rack with Long Garment Hanging Rails

I finally grew tired of buying inexpensive drying racks that fell apart after a year or two. My latest cheap one was completely destroyed when my well-fed cat, who is approximately the size of a bowling ball, decided it would be fun to climb on top of it. His weight bent the thin metal frame so badly it was unusable. The experience sent me looking for something that could withstand curious cats and not have to be replaced every few years. This drying rack is perfect and well worth the cost although I was very happy to find it on sale. The design is so much better than the standard rack. The three flat tiers can accommodate sweaters and other items that need to be tried flat. The extra bars on the sides leave room for longer garments like leggings. And overall it has way more capacity than most racks I've used. I'm using it for clothing items, so can't speak to its capacity for larger items like blankets or comforters, but it's super sturdy and stands taller than the average rack, so could probably accommodate larger items. It's an heirloom-quality drying rack.
