The tie itself is nice and what I expected. But the packaging and shipping were silly. You can't just shove a silk tie into a thin plastic sleeve and mail it in a thin plastic envelope and pray that it comes without creases. This one came with at least 2 deep creases that I'm hoping ironing and hanging/steaming over time will fix. C'mon.
