With these, though, I can actually tell a difference in how I feel. I feel more balanced overall, and one of the biggest things I noticed is that I’m going to the bathroom more regularly. I drink a lot of water, but for a while, I wasn’t urinating as often as I felt I should. After only 9 days of taking these, I’ve noticed a definite change. I also haven’t been experiencing the kidney discomfort I was having before. Everyone’s experience may be different, but based on mine so far, I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend giving them a try. ❤️

I had no side effects when taking with or without a meal (the label recommends taking with a meal). The daily dose of two capsules is manageable for people who are comfortable taking pills, but those who struggle to swallow pills may have trouble with these due to their size. This supplement is made in a GMP compliant US facility, which gives peace of mind regarding safety and quality. Overall, the supplement performed as expected.
