Love this Brand I.N.C.
Always true to size. The skirt is incredible. The minute i open the package i put it on and fit perfectly. I'm wearing it now with a tank tope and not taking it off, lol. Just gonna run around in it all day as it could be casual or dressy. The material is divine. i gained a lil weight so i got the xl although the large would have fit too due to the wonderful elastic waistband, Made my day on this sad 911 remembrance anniversary.

beautiful skirt, I love it, highly recommended
It's a really beautiful skirt and I really like it...only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is cuz the waistband (NOT the rest of the skirt) runs a little big (and the elastic doesn't seem so strong either) so I ended up folding the waisband over...also I would have preferred a more summery color...but it is a really gorgeous skirt, I was lucky enough to get it on a sale...I definitely recommend that YOU GET IT!! SOOOO nice...
