I had a lot if problems because they went way too long without shipping, even though Macy’s tracking said they were shipped. Turned out they made a label but didn’t get them to shipper. Anyway, I bought others elsewhere intending to return these when they arrived. To my surprise, these tuned out to be way better than the other sets I looked at. Seams on edges are nicer, sewn better, larger allowance. Sheerness allows glass pattern to show in shadows while 100% private from outside. They have a beautiful softness in the feel and look. They outshine regular sheers, roll up curtains, and thicker curtains for my taste. Light isn’t blocked, just subdued. Highly recommend this quality brand.i hope my shipping issue was an exception.

They never shipped it for almost a week. That was after 2 emails to them, chat with Macys online, calling customer support at Macys twice and being forced to talk ro an extremely inefficient AI bot who did nothing but increase frustration. Meanwhile, I had to buy curtains elsewhere. I calked Macys to cancel the unshipped order. Rep said they would request 3rd party seller to cancel. Within an hour, the seller informed me they began the shipping process. I emailed them to cancel it again. Now it’s on the way, due 6 days from now, nearly 2 weeks after order was placed and I already received other curtains from another store.
