Nice Cinched Waist Dress
Needed a dress asap for a wedding. The bubble hem turned this from a too plain dress, to interesting enough for me to wear and feel very cute. And big earrings or a necklace were a must to add interest on the top half. Got size 4 and it fit like a glove, flattering my waist. Wore with clear heels and felt very beautiful.
