I was sent an defective and used item (probably a display item). I paid for a new item. It was sent without original packaging, the magnetic closures are damaged. Tried to connect with customer service but no real person I can connect with. Macys - your professional is at stake.

I love this bag. East West bags are my favorite and this one is great. Love magnetic fold over closure and the soft leather. This one is definitely a keeper!
