Exactly as pictured very cute fits well and my go to bag!

I was excited for the delivery. But have to return it bc there’s a stain on the suede. And bunches of scratches, my heart hurts.

Arrived in factory wrapping which avoids damage during shipping.Also packed in a box. I just didn’t receive a dust bag, confused on this because this bag normally sells with one. I prefer to buy from coach to avoid anything missing but Macy’s tends to give discounts and have particular colors in stock

I finally purchased the Chelsea 36, and I absolutely love it! It has a relaxed silhouette, a beautiful brass closure, and just the right amount of structure. Coach definitely didn’t disappoint, it has the quality and craftsmanship you expect from the brand, with a stylish nod to today’s trends.

Order this bag online and I am so pleased with the color and the softness and the look of it. I got the chocolate brown color. It’s easy to open and close. It’s got perfect capacity but not too big that it hurts your shoulder. It’s got a beautiful lining in it and it looks very durable

I love this bag and it looks great. I am 5’2. I wish I would’ve purchased the larger size in the tan suede. I took one star off as I don’t like how the flap folds in but once you fix it you’re fine.
