Called to start a complaint with Macy's. No clue I wasn't buying from Macy's. Hopefully it gets resolved.

Mixes well. Good protein count. Taste of flavor is very faint. Mixes well in my Ninja blaster.

Mix with minimum water for best flavor. Too much water waters it down.

This is the first time I’ve tried a product like this. It is amazing. It’s so easy to prepare and it doesn’t stay clumpy at the bottom of my bottle like the pre bottled products do. I would definitely recommend to any one that asks.

Not bad. I have not had many cinnamon rolls, so I don't know if this is spot on. However, if used with milk, it does taste a lot like Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. For me personally, 2 lbs. is just enough before I'm like yeah it's time to switch flavors.

Now about effectiveness, I do like this one better for my morning workout and along with my recovery drink I feel like I have less aches and pains in my muscles. I’ll purchase again and highly recommend!
