This is so quick and easy to make in the blender, I throw some fruits on sometimes and make a fruity lemonade shake. It's easy to mix, doesn't have a weird after taste, and its a great lemonade flavor and scent. I never had any issues with clumping or weird consistency. Definitely love this to switch it up from the usual vanilla and chocolate shakes I've been making.

Gives me some energy nothing crazy and helps me focus a tad bit. I only do one scoop per 16oz and it doesn’t need more than that.

I like that it has 20 g of protein. It does kind of foam up when you mix it and I’ve had a couple chunks sometimes be hard to mix up, but overall it still tastes smooth and not chunky. That being said, the scoop is huge. Meaning you won’t have this last near as long as you think based on how big the container is also, it is quite tart of a lemonade taste it almost needs to be cut with a little bit of sweetness like a pump of strawberry to make it more like a strawberry lemonade. This has actually been my favorite way to drink it. I would definitely purchase this again and I am very curious to try the other flavors of the isopure as I have been very focused on consuming more protein in my diet lately.
