It’s a good way to get protein if you’re okay with that pungent artificial watermelon flavor. It smells like artificial candy watermelon. You need go vigorously shake it to get it all mixed up.

I was a bit iffy due to the flavor and that it has to be added to water but honestly it’s really amazing and it’s huge. The scoop alone is huge but it’s really good and i feel really energized without feeling like crashing out at the end of the day. It taste wayyy better with cold water than warm water. it also kinda smells like bubblegum

How could this white powder turn into a clear protein drink??? But it was so easy to mix up and--to my great surprise--turned into a pretty pink drink that had a very tasty watermelon flavor! Although there's a touch of tartness, I don't get too much lime from it. In short, it is a delicious and refreshing way to get 20g of protein!
