Prada Beauty 2-Pc. Pradascope Mascara and Mini Lip Balm Gift Set

I’m obsessed with this Prada set! The mascara gives my lashes beautiful definition and volume, while the mini balm is perfect to keep in my bag. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and luxurious. A perfect little beauty set from Prada! ✨

I would not recommend this product. I wrote my original review on August 5th it looks like it was never published. I bashed Macy’s for their lack of customer service. However I would not recommend this item is is cheaply made and fell apart right out of the box. I’ve had better luck and quality with more affordable brands.

I just bought this and I love this mascara. The color mahogany is lovely. It is buildable. The wand is interesting. It has one side like a comb. It is easy to use on lower lashes. It does lift but I need a coat of waterproof mascara because my lashes are super straight. It separates lashes, adds volume, some lengthening. I plan on repurchasing.

Disappointed with both the product and my Macy’s order/customer service difficulties. I ordered this Prada lip product through Macy’s and it arrived defective straight out of the box — the product had already separated and was falling out of its container before I’d even used it once. For a luxury price point, this kind of quality control issue is unacceptable. When you try to put the product on it basically just rocks in the package with the lightest pressure (you can see the Prada embossing on the side is worn off from how much this moves in the package) I understand manufacturing defects can happen, but it’s frustrating to pay premium prices and receive a damaged item on arrival. I’m now going through the return/exchange process, which has added extra frustration and time. I’d think twice before ordering beauty products online from this retailer again, or at least make sure to inspect immediately upon arrival.

I don’t recommend. Also I didn’t receive free gift with purchase to try another lipstick. 1 star because it’s in a beautiful tube.

I absolutely LOVE this mascara! This is my second one I’ve bought and so worth it! It is my go to!

Hate the refillable design. I don’t like that the actual lipstick sits without clicking in or staying in place. If you open it sideways or upside down it just falls on the floor. I would like the option to NOT get a refillable lipstick, it’s a poor design. I’m not into refillable make up anyway, I want a new container every time. The product is great, just don’t open it wrong at a restaurant or wherever because it will be on the floor. Do better Prada.

I’m enjoying this mascara it’s wonderful.

This holds the curl. It doesn’t irritate my eyes or flake.
