Poor Quality
I ordered these shoes for a trip but when I put them on and walked in them the sides gapped. I tried them on when I received them but didn't notice the gap until I walked in them. To pay this much and can't return is very poor customer service. So disappointed in Macy's

Another winner from my go to brand.
I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip because I wanted something comfortable without looking like I was wearing a sporty sneaker. These shoes have the feel and comfort of a sneaker but the look of a casual shoe, which is exactly what I was looking for. They also have a textured sole which helps with traction when walking on multiple kinds of surfaces. I buy quite a few Jambu and JBU shoes because I love their memory foam insoles and the way they fit. The minute I step into them, they just feel right. There is never a break-in period, which is a huge plus when you need comfortable shoes right away. I have a high arch, and I can actually feel some arch support in these shoes. I also have neuropathy, so the cushioned soles make these much more comfortable for me than most shoes. I really like the style, comfort, and fit of these shoes, and I think they are going to be perfect for my upcoming trip!

More Polished Than Tennis Shoes
My new favorite shoes. Great alternative to athletic shoes when you want to be casual but a bit more polished. Super comfortable! I can wear these for hours on my feet. I might try them with a light low cut sock for breathability. Great shoe.

So Sad Loved The Shoe
I used to wear a 7 in JBU shoes but I should have ordered a 7.5. This shoe also runs narrow. because I could not return these shoes I have not been able to find anyone to gift them to because of how narrow they run.
