wrong color missing Lots of pieces. They told me if I am ok with the pink color than they would credit me 1/2 the bike, only to be lied to. Don't buy into mooncool. They are dishonest and the charger gets so hot, where it starts smelling like burning wires. I lug this hunk of junk to UPs so they can box it, DON'T buy
We love the bike but we ordered the orange color and a pink one was delivered. It wasn't worth the hassle to return it. But it doesn't match her orange helmet so we had to order orange flame stickers for the bike and pink ones for her helmet and make an orange basket insert so she would be happy. but we wished they just sent the correct color bike to begin with.
