Hotel Collection Luxe Down Alternative Firm Density Pillow, King, Hypoallergenic, Exclusively at Macy’s

This is a great pillow, fluffy and firm, also hypoallergenic. I ordered 2 more.

Pillow is fine , but it has a very "hard"edge-not good

I bought this pillow because of the dimensions. I am looking for a flatter pillow. However, the pillow is much taller than the dimension state. Now I will have to return the pillow and find something else.

I’ve been side sleeping with the firm version of this pillow for about 10 weeks now and Wow! My chronic neck ache is mostly gone and I’ve been sleeping better than I have in a year. I hope the good times keep going. I purchased the pillow on-sale, so it was a good deal, from this side sleeper’s sideways point of view. Recommended!

I tried the firm at the store. The salesperson was quite helpful, but the pillow wasa firmer than I wanted. They did not have the medium in the store so i ordered online. It is good quality, but it still did nothelp my partiular issue.

Love the size and feel against my face/head.

Terrible. Pillow is enormous and way too stiff for a normal sized person to use as it angles the head upwards. Tried to return this, and Macy’s used an old credit card # that is from an account that was closed long ago, and will only refund the $$ to this closed account. Total incompetence, and a total waste of time all around.

Hypoallergenic, breathable. Covered in quality cotton. The loft is perfect, not too soft but supportive. This is my second purchase in 4 years.

Pillow is FIRM not Medium density. I kept it to use between my legs as I am a side sleeper, but do not recommend for your head. It is also way too large to fit into normal king size pillow cases, I had to buy hotel collection pillow cases and they just fit.

I don't normally write reviews, but, oh my god this pillow. I bought it because my neck hurt so bad I could barely move it and thought "screw it, maybe the world's best pillow will fix this." And friends, wow. Not only did it fix my neck pain, but my quality of sleep went through the roof. I woke up several times last night and was able to instantly fall back asleep. That never happens. I'm so overjoyed by this pillow. Buy it. You spend a third of your life sleeping. It should be on something as wonderful as this pillow.
