I so love the dress but I’m not sure if the loosen pearls around the neckline is normal for this design but it’s a little bit off for me though it’s not noticeable. Also there’s a loose thread around it as well. For this kind of expensive dress, i think QA needs to be done properly before shipping it to the customer bc making a return is inconvenient to the client’s part and might as well not wanting it anymore.
