I opened the box and they had dirt scuffs all over both boots.I emailed them with pictures and after a few days they did respond and were willing to make it right, but gave me a to do list a mile long. I didn't have time to do anything before my fishing trip so I just kept them. They were comfortable and great on the boat
I have been wearing the deck boot for years landscaping. But this style is 100% my favorite. More comfortable and durable. Great traction, waterproof with we grass, irrigation etc. and not narrow at all, wider toe bed.
