Kenneth Cole Reaction Lexington Medium Expandable Softside Check-In Spinner

I brought this luggage on 8/14/2026 for an upcoming trip to Atlanta GA. Trip was on 8/18/2026. I took Amtrak so the luggage was with me all the time and was not checked in. However, the handle on one of the luggage was stuck up in the upward position. I can not push it down. This is very unacceptable and would like to know what can be done about this issue. Kenneth Cole said this has a lifetime warranty.

I was getting sick of my hard case luggage constantly being broken by the airlines so I’ve decided to try a soft case again. The case is super light and very stylish!! Love the color!! It has lots of zippered sections to help keep organized. It has survived one quick flight so time will tell. The only concern I have is keeping the light color clean. I was able to wipe off some dirt from its first “trip” with a wet cloth and it looked like new….so it seems very promising!!!

Very Impressed with the quality and appearance! I absolutely love the smooth rolling wheels and elegant black and gold design. The suitcase feels lightweight but still durable and sturdy. It has a lot more space inside than I expected.

I am genuinely impressed with this Kenneth Cole Reaction suitcase. The black chevron design gives it such a sleek, elevated look while still feeling practical for travel. It looks much more expensive than it is and rolls incredibly smoothly with the spinner wheels. What surprised me most was how much it holds without feeling bulky. The interior organization is excellent — multiple zip compartments, mesh storage, compression straps, and built-in sections that make packing so much easier and more organized. I was able to fit clothing, toiletries, makeup, accessories, and travel essentials comfortably while still keeping everything neat and accessible. The suitcase feels lightweight but sturdy, and the soft-sided exterior gives a little flexibility for fitting extra items. The neutral interior also makes it easy to see everything when unpacking. Perfect for work trips, weekend getaways, or longer travel. This is a really nicely made suitcase; the quality is thick but not heavy, and love the look. It wheels nicely/fine and can hold a TON. When you open it you realize it's even larger than it seems/has separate compartments so overall great.

Lightweight, sturdy, maneuvers easily. Looks amazing! This is a great suitcase. I prefer soft side suitcases. I prefer when the front zipper is on the top, this one is on the side, which works very well.

I really like the look of this suitcase with the black and gold accents and it does look very sharp. Unfortunately as you get up closer, it does begin to feel slightly cheaper. Specifically the plastic wheels and handle don't feel premium or like they would necessary last a long time and the vinyl quilted front feels a bit cheap. For usability, the exterior only contains a front envelope pocket. I wouldn't trust it for a laptop as it lacks padding, but nice to throw some extra stuff in to grab quickly. The interior is where it shines though. 5 interior pockets, 3 netted, 1 vinyl, and another blended in the back for cash, ID, etc. Suitcase expands nicely and you can really fill this bad boy up. I'd definitely purchase if on a nice sale.

Suitcase is well constructed and very durable. It looks like it will last a very long time. It is very stylish and roomie. It is a hard sided spinner suitcase that looks so stylish and modern. Certainly holds enough clothing and accessories for a week or so. It is absolutely 5 star rating. Wife is looking forward to using it often.

I have rave reviews for this piece of luggage. It is lightweight and well constructed. It is stylish as well. I love the black with the gold zipper. The zippers on all the pockets inside and out as well as expansion and closing suitcase all work perfectly. I especially like the way it secures your packed clothes. No more straps that get stuck under the clothes and trying to find them . They have 2 pockets with straps that cover the clothes and snap together. So much easier to secure your items. (The pockets have zippers so you have added space to store incidentals). There are 3 more zippered pockets inside the suitcase. I packed for 13 days and had plenty of room to add more if I wanted to. I actually compared using the same clothes in my old suitcase and couldn’t believe how much more I could have fit in this one.. It was easy to roll on the carpet as well as on concrete. No glitches! Wheels seem very secure. The only things that I would have loved is …..in my previous luggage which is from the same company and brand ( FYI .. has lasted 25 years and still have it) there was a plastic compartment that unsnapped for your toiletries . That was a great feature. The other thing is the outside pocket has a side zipper. I like a top zipper so I can put things in quickly at the airport prior to check in. All in all I think this piece is great!

This beautiful, sturdy and high quality suitcase is perfect for traveling! It has several compartments and zippered storage space to separate and organize items. The gold zippers and the handle are durable and will last awhile.
