I got both colors and it is very different for a nice change. The white should not show through to underwear with the embroidery. I washed in a large lingerie bag & hung to dry. I usually wear a 12ish and got the med. Matching pants are nice too.

I bought both blouse and pants in the light brown. They are such good quality and well constructed, the fabric is not thin or fragile, but substantial enough for daywear or evening wear, casual or dressed up. The embroidery is beautiful well sewn, and gives some depth and texture to the fabric. As an older woman, I find this outfit so versatile, lovely, and the color has a mildness that is easy on the eyes.
I love this top. The fabric feels wonderful and the embroidery is beautiful. The armholes aren’t too big. My bra doesn’t show. I bought this with the matching wide leg pants and absolutely love the outfit. I dropped something staining on it on day one. It came out. I washed it on cold, gentle, snapped it a few times to avoid wrinkles, hung it to dry, and I don’t think I need to iron it. It looks fine. That makes it low maintenance. I highly recommend this top.
