Clearly used and there’s gross residues

I bought this for my 10-year-old daughter birthday party where we are going to wear matching swimsuits. I thought I was getting a great deal. I was wrong. This will be returned. It’s clearly used there’s residue and damage on both pieces of the bathing suit. There’s no plastic liner on the bottom so clearly it’s been used and worn. I have taken photos, but for some reason this review will not allow me to show them. Shame on your Macy’s on sale should mean used.
