Item being sent is different from what is shown

I ordered this bracelet twice and twice I had to return because the bracelet I kept receiving was not the item shown. Somewhere behind the scenes there is an error matching the right bracelet when pulling inventory. I would have liked to have had this bracelet for Valentine’s Day, but I guess it’s just not meant to be... 🙁
