I ordered this dress at the beginnjng of june and i was given 2 week delivery date. Understandable that is how long things can usually take. When I would check the tracking information the status always stayed in "Pending" after the 2 weeks I didnt get any updates. I called the customer service line for online orders and I would be given dates but the store would have nothing that was delivered. I had to go in twice to the Macy's in Cherry Creek and pay the parking fees only to be told the dress has not delivered and the helpful Macy's team did some more digging regarding the situation and it resulted that the dress never even left the warehouse out of state so the dress was delivered at the beginning of July. The inaccurate tracking information was never helpful and the fact that the dress delivered so late I no longer wanted it. The only good thing about this was how helpful the in-store associates were in helping me find a solution.
