Aerosoles Women's Soave Platform Sandal

The product was great, however, I was sent the wrong color! Twice!!

The shoe below is the shoe that came. Not the shoe above which I ordered. I do not understand why. They are completely two different textures. The shoe below is very comfortable, just not what I ordered. Now I have to do the return process, and hope that I can find the shoe above with in 6 days.

The beige bisque color is a great nude shade and these have enough lift and cushioning to be comfy. Fit perfectly true to size

I did not like on me as much as I thought I would, plus they're a little heavy

I should have followed the advice listed in the previous reviews. Nonetheless, I ordered the shoe and received the wrong color. It’s almost as if Aerosoles is pushing that particular “tan” shoe.

I order the tan and it was supposed to be the raffia sandal in tan as the picture shows. Well like all the other customer reviews state, I got a plain tan pair. Nothing like the picture. This is false advertisement! Why does the customer have to be inconvenienced to return it?

I ordered the tan color that was supposed to be the straw style and I got the leather that I didn’t order cause picture showed the straw pair, definitely returning cause that’s false advertising, I’m very disappointed, the only positive thing is the size and fit

The tan color is different from the one on Macy’s website. At first, I thought it was a mistake but twice 😳🤯
