Good dress, bad experience

My dress was delivered but it’s damaged. The inside packaging is ripped, and the dress has a huge black mark right across the front. I called customer service and got no help for expedited shipping on a replacement because this is a 3rd party seller. So now, they have my money and I still have no dress for my banquet. And on top of that, the 3rd party has 5 bus days to respond. I’ve had good experiences with Macy’s up until now. The lack of resolution with this situation has left a bad taste in my mouth.
