John Boos Chop-N-Slice Series Rectangular Wooden Maple Cutting Board, 20" x 14"

I didn't expect it to be so heavy, but that makes it quite stable while cutting. It cleans easily and dries quickly. I am happy with the purchase I made.

The maintenance will be interesting , I see in the pamphlet that was included oil is needed to maintain the integrity of the board. This will also be great for charcuterie boards and cutting up my fruits and veggies.
