I already own several open stock sauce pans from this line and the cookie sheets in both sizes so I am not surprised to report that this pot is top quality as well. My husband noticed right away the water boils quickly and evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Soup can simmer on the burner without scorching on the bottom. The size is perfect for cooking for two. We are looking forward to using this pot for many years to come.
Nice quality pan. Heats evenly. Cleans up w little effort. Handles are nice. Lid fits tight. Hopefully over time the inside finish will hold up.
