CeCe Outfit
Only the jacket arrived, minus the pants. Advertisement pictures never indicated this garment to be more than one piece. No invoice nor return form with address was included. Nor is the garment offered in a petite, or petite short pant. In addition, I paid for a press shipping to obtain the garment before Easter, which is when I wanted to wear it.
