Sleek, versatile, and gets compliments every time
I bought this watch about a month ago and I'm so glad I did. The bracelet fit is comfortable and adjustable enough that it doesn't feel bulky on the wrist, and the overall design is sleek without trying too hard. I've gotten so many compliments on it already, which says a lot for a piece I can dress up or down. Whether I'm wearing it to work or with a casual outfit, it fits right in. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this watch again….solid quality for the price.

Awful Macy’s customer service
The watch I ordered for my son’s college graduation was a beautiful watch. However, the watch I received from Macys was a tiny woman’s watch. Thank goodness I opened the box to see it before giving it to my son. I was promised a replacement in 2-3 days. After not receiving the tracking # I called & while someone was supposedly checking inventory was disconnected. 2 people later, escalating to a manager I was told they could not get me the watch. After making several calls to other stores I found one in time to give my son. Worst customer service ever. No one cared to make it right. No excuse for mistaking this men’s watch for the women’s watch I was given. So disappointing as a very long time customer.
