Lauren Ralph Lauren Adjustable Slider Equestrian Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver

So I get this necklace and it’s completely tangled up so it takes me about half an hour to get it untangled. For the price, the chain is super cheap and they just tie a simple knot to the pendant so it constantly tangled when you wear it. I can’t even wear this. I will need to return it. I am shocked though because I’ve never ever been disappointed by Ralph Lauren in the past that being said I don’t remember ever ordering jewelry from them.
