Never received the watch
Very disappointed with this experience. I ordered a watch that was marked as delivered, but I never received it. After contacting customer service, I was told the package was actually being returned to the warehouse due to a carrier issue. Instead of simply sending me the watch I paid for, I was told to wait for a refund, place a new order, and contact Macy's again if the price increases. This delay was not my fault. Please expedite this issue by shipping the watch to me with expedited shipping at no additional cost, or at least expedite the refund and honor my original purchase price.
